Online forms

Another advantage of custom records is that they have built-in online forms. The online form can be easily created from within the NetSuite UI. This creates a unique URL that can be used to populate the data in the custom form. It is accessed on the web and does not require additional NetSuite licenses to go to that URL, meaning that external customers and contacts can enter their own information directly into your NetSuite, making it a perfect option for a customer satisfaction survey.
